The GETINGE sterilizers are autoclaves that are used to sterilize medical material, using water vapor at high pressure and temperature, avoiding with high pressures that water boils despite its high temperature. Additionally, they can be sterilized using low temperature steam and formaldehyde or sterilization when the materials to be sterilized are not suitable for high temperatures.
