Une correction ou un retrait opéré par un fabricant afin de répondre à un problème causé par un dispositif médical. Les rappels surviennent lorsqu'un dispositif médical est défectueux, lorsqu'il pourrait poser un risque pour la santé, ou les deux à la fois.

    If user inputs free text into the notes node & the free text exceeds 2000 characters and if user clicks the close button before they click the confirm 1 button the text may not be saved & user will not be warned & the text may be permanently lost.
