    Acclarent has identified the potential for the balloon to not deflate or to deflate slowly which could result in airway obstruction until the balloon is deflated or removed. while there have been no deaths or serious injuries associated with this phenomenon customers are being notified and the instructions for use have been revised to help ensure optimal use of the product.
