  • Cause
    Insufficient weld was applied to a cross tube that is a support to the intermediate frame of the bed. this cross tube mainly provides strenght and stability for the use of a foot side rail if applied. if a foot side rail is applied to bed a weld can fail if not welded correctly. when foot side rail is not applied to bed the chances for failure are reduced.
