    Symbiq pole clamp assemblies used to repair the symbiq infuser have been identified to be missing the rubber stop pad. this pad reduces the potential for the symbiq infusion pump to slip down an iv pole. all serial numbers are potentially affected as they all have the potential for an affected pole clamp assembly to be installed on them during repair. the part number for the impacted pole clamp assembly is hsp3313-e12 the affected lot # is 481976.
