    Zimmer biomet is initiating a recall of non-sterile locking plate screws as it was found through a review of complaints that the product on the package label did not match what was inside the package. the label was for part number 00-2359-058-35 (a 58mm length screw) while the product inside the package was part number 00-2359-015-24 (a 14mm length screw).
