Selon National Institute of Drugs and Food Surveillance (INVIMA), ce/cet/cette alerte de sécurité concerne un dispositif en/au/aux/à Colombia qui a été fabriqué par manufacturer #121.

  • Cause
    The manufacturer reports that it has identified the possibility that the patient transport system (psc) of the referenced biomedical equipment may have some screws of the patient car arm that were not adjusted to the manufacturing requirements, in addition the system may display an error code 26004 (failure of the braking test manipulator) at the time of ignition, leading to possible adverse events on the patient and delays in the procedure.
