  • Cause
    The manufacturer reports that by using multiple isocenters in single plane (different radiation targets) and the presence of some variable software-related desynchronization in addition to user interaction, you can place the patient in an undesired position by administering radiation dose to the wrong target, leading to to potentially present adverse events on the patient.
