Selon L’Agence nationale de sécurité du médicament et des produits de santé (ANSM), ce/cet/cette rappel concerne un dispositif en/au/aux/à France qui a été fabriqué par OXOID.

Qu'est-ce que c'est?

Une correction ou un retrait opéré par un fabricant afin de répondre à un problème causé par un dispositif médical. Les rappels surviennent lorsqu'un dispositif médical est défectueux, lorsqu'il pourrait poser un risque pour la santé, ou les deux à la fois.

The users of this device concerned by this defect in France have received the enclosed letter (24/12/2008) (22 KB). The competent European authorities have been informed of this measure by the manufacturer. This information is intended for laboratory managers, directors of health establishments and local correspondents of reactive vigilance for distribution to the concerned biology departments.
