  • Cause
    The artis table top carriage is mounted on top of the table base and fixed with a bolt. a fixation ring is used to secure the bolt. during the regular filed observation, it was found in other artis systems, that in a low number of cases the fixation ring is missing or wrongly installed. in extreme cases if the bolt persistently bears the unexpected force from a non-vertical direction, the bolt might slide out of its base and lead to the table top carriage sliding to the floor.
